PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 產(chǎn)品介紹

C-EP 4239-M8-1 is a multipurpose, single component, low temperature heat curing, high strength, liquid epoxy adhesive. The product develops strong bonding strength over many kinds of materials, including metals, ceramic, glass, rubber, temperature tolerance plastics and some other materials in a short time. It is particularly useful for bonding heat sensitive substrates, which requires low temperature curing.  It finds wide application in electronic assembly as well as structural bonding in various industries. C-EP 4239-M8-1是一種多用途，單組分，低溫 熱固化，高強(qiáng)度的液體環(huán)氧膠粘劑。該產(chǎn)品可以在段時間內(nèi)對多種材料進(jìn)行高強(qiáng)度的粘接,包括 金屬、陶瓷、玻璃、橡膠、耐溫塑料和其他材料。該產(chǎn)品特別適合粘接那些需要低溫固化的熱敏感基質(zhì)。它適合于電子元器件組裝及需要結(jié)構(gòu)性膠粘的工業(yè)領(lǐng)域場合。
