C-EP 336/936 is a liquid, hot cure, two component epoxy casting system. The cured system exhibit high mechanical, especially, high thermal shock resistance and high glass transition temperature. Application includes indoor medium and high voltage electrical insulating components, such as switch, encapsulation of large metal components with following advantages. POT LIFE 使用時(shí)間

Effective pot life is about 2 days at temperature 25 oC. 在25 oC有效使用時(shí)間大約為2天.

Automatic Pressure Gelation Process 自動(dòng)壓力凝膠工藝(APG)

Pre-heat mold at 130-160 °C 將模體預(yù)熱到130-160 °C
Gel in mold for 20-40 minutes在模體中凝膠20-40分鐘
Post cure 3 hrs @140 °C 在140 °C下固化3小時(shí)

Conventional Gravity Casting Process Under Vacuum 常規(guī)重力真空澆注工藝

Pre-heat mold to 80- 100 °C 將模體預(yù)熱到80-100°C
Fill mold under vacuum and gel for 5-8 hrs在真空下將澆注材料填入模體并凝膠5-8小時(shí)
Post cure 8 hrs@140°C 后固化8hrs@140°C

SHELF LIFE保存方法

Store at 15 - 25 oC in a dry place. Hardener-936 is moisture sensitive, after each partial use, purge with dry nitrogen and tightly reseal.保存于15 - 25 oC的干燥地方.Hardener-936 容易受潮，每次用完后應(yīng)用干氮?dú)馇謇砀蓛舨⒚芊獗４?/span>.
