PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 產品介紹

C-UV 982 is one component, high viscosity, thixotropic adhesive. The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates such as glass, many plastics, rubbers and metals. It is formulated for adhesion to “difficult to bond” substrates, such as noryl, acetal, polyether plastics, and ferrites, etc. The cured bond joint possess high adhesive strength, toughness and excellent durability. C-UV 982是一種單組分，高粘度，具觸變性的粘接劑。它可在紫外和（或）可見光輻照下固化。它對玻璃，各種塑料和金屬等多種基質具有良好的粘附性能。C-UV 982專門針對一些難粘接性基質所配制，例如改性聚苯醚，縮荃，聚醚塑料，陶鐵磁體等。該產品固化后具有強度高，粘性好和極佳的耐久性。

C-UV 982 is available in natural color and black version (C-UV982B)　可提供自然色（C-UV 982）和黑色（C-UV 982B）兩種產品。

DIRECTIONS FOR USE 使用指南

The adhesive can be hand applied from bottle, or dispensing systems are also available for high volume assembly applications.  該產品可手工從瓶中取出使用，對于大體積的裝配生產可提供分散系統(tǒng)。

 

Apply adhesive to one surface, bring parts together and expose to UV-light. Alternatively, parts can be assembled and then adhesive applied & allowed to wick around the joint area before curing. 將該產品施加在一個部件的表面上，將需粘接的部件合緊后用紫外光輻照。也可以先將部件裝配后再將膠粘劑施加到需粘接的中心區(qū)域。

Curing time table  固化進度表

The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light with sufficient intensity. Recommended intensity for cure is 30 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm.  For dry curing of exposed surfaces, higher intensity UV is required, e.g.  100 mW/ cm2 minimum.在足夠強度的紫外和（或）可見光輻照下該產品可固化。推薦固化光強度為30 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm。對于外露表面的干養(yǎng)護，推薦使用更高強度的紫外光，如至少100 mW/ cm2。

 

STORAGE INFORMATION 儲存方法

Store at 8 – 20 °C in a dry, cool place and in sealed containers out of direct sunlight. 在8 – 20 °C下干燥，涼爽和密封保存，避免陽光的直接照射。
