C-UV 5181 is a one component, UV curable encapsulating adhesive. The material cures fast when exposed to 365 nm light. The cured film displays good humidity resistance, excellent high temperature and thermal shock stability, solvent resistance, good toughness. The application include sealant, coating and encapsulation of electronic devices to circuit boards and semiconductors (transistors, watch IC, etc.)   it is a UV curing sealant system to save energy and time for high speed production。C-UV 5181是一種單組分，UV固化密封膠粘劑。該產(chǎn)品可在365 nm紫外光輻照下快速固化。固化后的材料膜層具有優(yōu)良的耐潮性能，卓越的高溫和熱沖擊穩(wěn)定性，不溶解性和高粘接性。它可用于電子元器件到電路板及半導(dǎo)體（晶體管，集成電路）的密封，途覆和封裝。C-UV 5181是一種用于高速生產(chǎn)上節(jié)省能量消耗和時(shí)間的UV固化密封材料。

DIRECTIONS FOR USE 使用指南

The adhesive can be hand applied from bottle, or dispensing systems are also available for high volume assembly applications.  該產(chǎn)品可手工從瓶中取出使用，對(duì)于大體積的裝配生產(chǎn)可提供分散系統(tǒng)。

 

CURING TIME TABLE  固化進(jìn)度表

The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light with sufficient intensity. Recommended intensity for cure is  40 mW/ cm2     at 365 nm with exposure time of 4 – 5 times the fixture time at the same intensity.  For dry curing of exposed surfaces, higher intensity UV is required, e.g.  100 mW/ cm2  minimum. 在足夠強(qiáng)度的紫外和（或）可見(jiàn)光輻照下該產(chǎn)品可固化。推薦固化光強(qiáng)度為40mW/ cm2 at 365 nm，所需時(shí)間為相同光強(qiáng)下初固時(shí)間的4-5倍。對(duì)于外露表面的干養(yǎng)護(hù)，推薦使用更高強(qiáng)度的紫外光，如至少100 mW/ cm2。

 

STORAGE INFORMATION 儲(chǔ)存方法

Store at 8 – 20 °C in a dry, cool place and in sealed containers out of direct sunlight. 在8 – 20 °C下干燥，涼爽和密封保存，避免陽(yáng)光的直接照射。
